Fairview has long wanted a vibrant center of community for gathering, shopping, eating, playing. In 2021, Fairview Urban Renewal Authority purchased a 5-acre property on the 100%, gateway corner into Fairview Village. The City wanted a significant market hall with smaller, local food and beverage venders, additional retail space, and activated plazas and open space.

Cascadia Partners led a successful development offering process to secure a development partner for the City of Fairview to build a signature mixed-use development on a 5-acre property at the 100% corner of Fairview Village on NE Halsey Street. The City’s vision for the property included a food market hall, plaza and gathering space, apartments, townhomes. Cascadia Partners continues to assist the City in the design and deal negotiations with the selected development partner, Project^.
