Crested Butte South Downtown Plan Review

The Town of Crested Butte South hired Cascadia Partners to conduct a peer review of a draft plan for their downtown area. The Town’s vision was for a compact, walkable village center, and Cascadia Partners was tasked with evaluating the draft zoning and design standards to ensure constructability and financial feasibility. Cascadia Partners recommended several key changes to the plan to improve the form and feasibility of Main Street-style buildings within the downtown area.
