Bozeman, MT | 2021
The North Central Master Plan for Homebase Partners, is a transformative project responding to the City of Bozeman’s 2019 Downtown Plan. Situated north of the historic Main Street corridor, the master plan envisions a vibrant, mixed-use development with a focus on community access, nature, and culture. A multidisciplinary team, led by Martin Glastra van Loon, worked closely with stakeholders throughout an extensive visioning and iterative design process, ultimately earning unanimous approval from the City Council.
The plan incorporates nine buildings featuring a dynamic mix of residential, hospitality, commercial, and office spaces, set within an intricate network of public urban spaces that celebrate Bozeman’s unique character. By the end of 2024, four buildings were completed, with additional phases slated for development in the coming years.
This project was completed by Martin Glastra van Loon prior to joining Cascadia Partners.
