North Central Masterplan

Bozeman, MT | 2021

The North Central Masterplan is a transformative project that responds to the City of Bozeman’s 2019 Downtown Plan. Situated a few blocks north of Bozeman’s historic Main Street corridor, the masterplan envisions a vibrant, mixed-use development with a focus on community access, nature, and culture. A multidisciplinary team worked closely with community members throughout an extensive visioning and iterative design process to conceive a comprehensive and cohesive Masterplan. The plan incorporates nine buildings set within an intricate network of public urban spaces. Taken together they feature a dynamic mix of residential, hospitality, commercial, and office uses that celebrate Bozeman’s unique character.

By the end of 2024, four buildings have been completed, with additional phases slated for development in the coming years.
